I'm so sorry to hear that the
Disney PhotoPass photos you downloaded have disappeared from your phone. This isn't the kind of magic we hope to hear for Guests of
Walt Disney World Resort. I believe that photos are the best souvenirs and I can imagine how heartbreaking this was. I'd love to do everything I can to help turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage.
Autumn, Disney PhotoPass photos should be downloaded and saved before they expire, which is 45 days from the date that they're taken. With that being said, I'm not certain that your photos can be retrieved. I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, and I'm so sorry because I understand how valuable the pictures of your family honeymoon and your daughter's first visit must be.
However, I have one more piece of advice that I highly suggest you take! I would recommend reaching out to the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by
calling (407) 560-4300. Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who will stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach. While nothing can be guaranteed, they will be happy to hear your situation and provide any next steps that may be available to you!
