Hello, how do I download my WDW memory maker pictures from my July 02 to July 08, 2023 visit?

Welcome to planDisney, David! We're happy you stopped by with your great question.

It sounds like you've recently returned from a trip to Walt Disney World Resort and have brought back the best souvenir of all – pictures that capture your special moments! This is the best way to relive those memories again and again once you return home. I'd love to help you download your photos!

David, you can access and download your Disney PhotoPass photos with Memory Maker by heading to the Disney PhotoPass website. Log in with the account that's linked to your Memory Maker purchase and click "View Gallery" at the top. Here, you should be able to select and download your Disney PhotoPass photos! Remember to download all of your desired photos before they expire 45 days after they've been taken. Of course, if you run into any issues with your pictures or your downloads, feel free to reach out to a friendly Cast Member! You can either call Disney PhotoPass or contact Disney PhotoPass online

I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, David! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to write to us again. We're here to help!

You've got a friend in me,
    Michelle

Meet the Panelist: Michelle, Pennsylvania

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
