Is there a way to download all pics at once for my memory maker? Or do I need to download each pic individually?

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Memory Maker, Pamela!

Purchasing Memory Maker is the only thing that keeps me going while planning my next vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort. I keep going back to those pictures and videos captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers and automated photos at select attractions over and over again.

About a bit more than a month ago, Disney's PhotoPass website went under a makeover and has a new look now. It is still possible to download all your pictures at once from the website.
Here's how. As soon as you sign into the Disney PhotoPass website, you will be directed to a page where your photo and video gallery shows. Select one picture by clicking on the circle in the upper right corner, after doing this a new toolbar will display. It will show several options, one of them being "Select all visible media", which is the one you need to check and then click/tap the Download button.
A message and progress bar will then show indicating that the download has begun and that your media will be stored in your computer.
Pamela, I hope this information is somewhat useful, and please come back with more questions. It is our pleasure to help you out!
    See you real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
