    How do I download all my photos at once from the photopass website? I purchased the memory maker when we booked. I can see all the pictures and can download them one at a time but I don't see how to do it all at once.

    Hi Heather!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I feel that my photos are the best part (maybe the only part?) of returning home after my Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  Don't you agree?

    Since you can already view your photos on the Disney PhotoPass website and download them individually, it will be easy peasy to download them all at once.  The trick is, instead of selecting a photo by clicking on it, just hover your mouse over one of the photos.  You should see a grey circle in the upper right corner of the photo with a checkmark.  Click on the circle so it turns green.  Now, in the upper right corner of your screen you should see a blue download button.  Underneath the download button is a small box with the words "Select all visible media."  When you select this box, all the circles on your photos should turn green and you are ready to hit that download button.  If you prefer, instead of selecting all your photos, you may select them individually by clicking on the grey circles and then downloading the selected group.

    Be sure to download your photos before they expire, currently 45 days after the date on which they were captured.  If you have any difficulty downloading, give the helpful Disney PhotoPass Cast Members a call at (407) 560-4300.
