Hi Larry! I'm so glad you brought your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Downloading all your
Disney PhotoPass photos at once is easy to do, but a little tricky to find.
I recommend
downloading your photos from the
Disney PhotoPass website onto your computer rather than using the
My Disney Experience mobile app on a mobile device. I'm betting you have quite a large amount of Disney vacation memories, and I'm sure you won't want to use up all that precious storage space!
When you are logged in to your Disney account and viewing your photos, the trick is to
hover your mouse over a photo rather than clicking on it. As you hover, you should see a grey circle with a checkmark appear in the upper right corner of the photo. Click on the
checkmark so it turns green. Now, in the upper right corner of your screen you should see a blue download button, and directly beneath the button will be a small square checkbox with the words "Select all visible media". Checking that box should turn all the circles on all your photos green, and you will be ready to hit that download button! Typically your photos will be compressed into several zip files. The blue download button does not appear until you have selected at least one photo by clicking on the circle.
If you would rather download a select group of photos, you can continue to check the circles of your favorite photos rather than checking the "Select all" option.
I hope that helps! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit the Moms Panel again or give the
Disney PhotoPass help line a call at (407) 560-4300.
Enjoy all those magical memories!
Anne Marie
