    Is there a way to Download all the photos in Memory Maker at once, and not have to do each one individually?

    Hi Fred! Welcome to planDisney!

    I hope you and your family had a truly magnificent time at Walt Disney World Resort! Since your trip must have happened within the last 45 days I'm wondering if you got to experience some of the holly, jolly festivities that are sprinkled around the Resort for the holiday season.  My friends and I recently returned from a quick trip and we had the BEST time hanging out at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, catching Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show and staying out late for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. If your vacation was a few weeks before The Most Magical Place on Earth had "decked the halls" for Christmas I would definitely recommend a holiday visit in the future!

    No matter when you vacationed at Walt Disney World Resort you know you'll get to keep these memories forever with your purchase of Memory Maker. Disney PhotoPass photographers are certainly great at what they do, so I bet you have quite a few practically perfect moments to download and share with family and friends. 

    To download all of your PhotoPass photos at one time you'll want to first sign in to your My Disney Experience account.  Head to the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the tab that says "My Disney Experience" before scrolling down to "My Photos".  This link will take you to the Disney PhotoPass website where your photos will magically populate as soon as you sign in! 

    Once you see your magical and memorable moments in their photo and video form you can get right to downloading.  On each photo, you'll see a small grey circle in the top corner as you hover over the picture.  Once you've selected this photo by clicking that grey circle you'll see that the circle is now green and there is a new box that has popped up at the top of the screen.  This box should say "Cancel" and "Download".  Under the "Download" button you should see "Select all visible media"  which will download each and every one of your memories if you click it. You'll find that now each photo has a small green circle on it, meaning it is "selected" to download.  Click "Download" to begin the downloading process and enjoy every magical moment from your trip!
