How do I download my photos from my memory maker account? I have not seen a "download" button on my account.

Hi Paulette, thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Memory Maker! As you are probably aware, the Disney's PhotoPass website went under a makeover and has a new look now. It is still possible to download all your pictures at once from the website, although it might be different from how you used to do it in the past.

As soon as you sign into the Disney Photo pass website, you will be sent to a page where your photo and video gallery shows. Select one picture by clicking on the circle in the upper right corner of it and a new toolbar will display right above. It will show several options, one of them being "Select all visible media", which is the one you need to check and then click the Download button.

A message  and a progress bar will show confirming that the download has started and that your media (photos and video) will be saved to your computer.

Paulette, I hope this information is somewhat useful, and please come back with more questions about Memory Maker or anything related to your Walt Disney World vacation! We love to help!

    See you real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
