Hi, Kiziah! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with your question. I absolutely love to include Memory Maker in our vacation plans. The Disney PhotoPass photographers do such a great job capturing the best memories of our visits to Walt Disney World Resort that I always have difficulty deciding which ones I like best. With Memory Maker, I do not have to make that decision - I can download them all!
The easiest way for you to download all of your Disney PhotoPass pictures using your Memory Maker entitlement is to sign on to the
Disney PhotoPass website and download them there, rather than going through the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. The digital files that you will download are quite large, so I am sure you will not want all of those residing on your phone anyway! Simply head to the Disney PhotoPass page, click the
Get Started tab under the Disney Park you visited, and then sign in to the account which the Memory Maker is linked. You will notice tabs to the right; look for the one labeled
Download Photos. Once that tab is engaged, the system will begin preparing all of your magical memories and will guide you through the process. The Disney PhotoPass system does thankfully separate your digital files into manageable folders so do not be alarmed at the number of file folders you have waiting for you!
Kiziah, please do look over the
Memory Maker and Disney PhotoPass policies so that you do not miss out on a single photographic memory. Mark in your calendar the date your photos will begin to expire (45 days after each was taken) and the date your Memory Maker expires (30 days from the date of first download).
Please let us know if you have any other questions about Memory Maker!
