    How do I download my membership card

    Hi Susan! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney! 

    I have been an Annual Passholder since 2017 and I absolutely love the flexibility and benefits of being a passholder! While the Disney Incredi-Pass is currently unavailable for new purchases, existing passholders can renew. I renewed my Disney Incredi-Pass in November and I, like you, wondered if I needed to download my membership card online. I inquired about this and discovered that you can simply bring your government issued ID and proof of purchase to Guest Services at the park and you can pick up your membership card there. 

    Your Disney Annual Pass will also show up within My Disney Experience. Don't forget to book your theme park reservation in advance. You can review the Annual Pass Blockout Calendar to review the admisssion and blockout dates by pass type and theme park. I suggest visiting the Magic Kingdom during the 50th anniversary celebration! Check out the 50th anniversary food guide for the yummy treats you can get in the park! My favorites are the creamy bacon mac-n-cheese tater tots and Snow White ice cream cone from Friar's Nook in Magic Kingdom.
