    How do I download my first attraction photo? I have memory maker but can't find where to download the picture. Help please, it keeps saying to link my card but I have already

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by with your question, Christiana! I'm so glad to hear that you got Memory Maker for your vacation photos! 

    The easiest and most convenient way to download your Disney PhotoPass pictures is to sign on to the Disney PhotoPass website and download them on your computer since the download files are large, it makes more sense to have them stored on your computer. You can also download them on your mobile device through the My Disney Experience app. After you sign in, you will notice that your media (photos and videos captured) will show on the page. Once you click on one of your photos, you will see that the download option will become available; at that point, you can choose to download one, some, or all of your photos.

    If you notice you are missing one photo from an attraction, do not worry. It's also happened to me and it was located without much trouble. If you are still on property, simply walk up to any PhotoPass or Guest Services location and explain the situation. They will help you locate the missing photo and will add it to your My Disney Experience account. If you are back home already, you can still recover your missing photo(s) by calling + 1 (407) 560-4300 (*charges may apply to calls made from outside the U.S.) or by filling out this form (be sure to remember as many details about the photo as possible such as the location it was taken in, the date, time, and Disney characters present-if applicable). If you have been trying to link up your code on your My Disney Experience account and you still get an error message, please call +1 (407) 560-4300 (*charges may apply to calls made from outside the U.S.). The Disney PhotoPass team will promptly find a solution and in no time, you will be able to see all of your photos, magic shots and videos.  

    Remember to check the policy in detail so you know all the ins and out of Memory Maker and Disney PhotoPass. I really hope your missing photo will turn up soon so you can relive all those fantastic moments at the Walt Disney World Resort!
