I adore the Whispering Canyon Cafe!

Really, the easiest way to get to the Wilderness Lodge from Epcot is to take the bus from the front of the park to the Wilderness Lodge.

Technically with Park Hoppers you could monorail to the Transportation & Ticket Center, then switch to the Magic Kingdom express monorail, then take one of the boats to the Wilderness Lodge. But that will take you far longer than the direct bus from Epcot to Wilderness Lodge.
