Hi Doug.My family (me, hubbie and D-6), will be going to WDW 28/10-04/11.I hope can help with an itinerary, we have Mickey's Halloween tickets for 01/11.We would like to go Chef Mickey's or Spirit of Aloha the first night, do you think this will be hard?

    Patricia,

Glad to help. I don't have the November Extra Magic Hours yet, but I can still take a decent stab at it. As it goes to your question, no, you should not have a problem getting a reservation at either Chef Mickey's or Spirit of Aloha for your first night.

I am assuming no park hopper, and that you are not hitting a park on either your arrival or departure days. Write back if this is not the case.

    • October 28 - Arrival Day (Dinner at either of your choices)
    • October 29 - Magic Kingdom (morning Extra Magic Hours!)
    • October 30 - Animal Kingdom (evening Extra Magic Hours)
    • October 31 - Epcot
    • November 1 - Magic Kingdom
    • November 2 - Hollywood Studios
    • November 3 - Magic Kingdom
    • November 4 - Departure Day
I like to hit the Magic Kingdom first and last, and I think with a 6 year-old you will too. If you end up having enough time, however, on the 4th to visit a park, make the 4th a Magic Kingdom day and go back to either Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom on the 3rd based on what park you most want to revisit.

    Write back for restaurant ideas!

    Have a magical vacation!
