    Hi Doug!Mom of 3 wondering if the new pizza place in Italy will be sit down or counter service. We will be visiting for Xmas this year (yeah:) and if it is sit down, when can we start to book reservations. Have my countdown for booking...June 26th.

    There is no official word yet from Disney if Villa Napoli will be table or counter service. It will have indoor and outdoor dining, and from the history of the company that is managing this restaurant, it appears that it will either be table service, or a combination of table service with some counter service. You might search online for information on a restaurant called "Naples 45" in New York City, which might be somewhat representative of what you can expect.

    As to when the reservations can be made, I would make sure to call to do so. Past history suggests that it will be added to that system before it is added to the online reservation system.

    I do expect this will be a great dining option. I would try booking it on the 26th when you call, and if it is not added yet, you should ask if there is a projected date. I would make reservations for a different  "back-up" plan restaurant, but then call back regularly to see when it has been added.
