Debbie,
Glad to help!
Before the daily plan, let's talk tickets. While you could pull off 7 days in the park, I found that with a 4 and a 2 year old that gets to be a long week. I would recommend that you go with a 6-day ticket, and NOT go to a park on your arrival day. Flying takes it out of a kid, and even though you land before noon, you still would probably not get to a park until around 2pm, after transportation, check-in, etc. I would instead take it easy, explore your resort, and plan a fun, early dinner. Chef Mickey's, O'Hana, Whispering Canyon Cafe, or Hoop Dee Doo Review come to mind, but there are plenty of other non-park choices. Then get them to bed on time (or early) so they are ready to go for day 1!
So here is what I would do;
- February 3 - Arrival Day
- February 4 - Magic Kingdom
- February 5 - Epcot (with morning Extra Magic Hours!)
- February 6 - Animal Kingdom (with morning Extra Magic Hours!)
- February 7 - Magic Kingdom (with morning Extra Magic Hours!)
- February 8 - Hollywood Studios
- February 9 - Magic Kingdom
You may note I don't mention any evening Extra Magic Hours. With younger kids it is unlikely you will take advantage of many of these. In fact don't think of these hours as something you HAVE to use, just something that might give you some more time in the parks.
OK, that is a start. Write me back if you want to chat further about dining ideas, plans in the parks, whatever!
Have a magical vacation!
