    Doug Can you tell me a prime spot for the Christmas Parade for the Mickey's Christmas party. Like in front of the castle or on main street what do you think? Thanks

    Ingrid,

    I find that the main hub of the park (therefore, right in front of the castle, as you mention here) gets so crowded that it becomes uncomfortable. I recommend two alternatives;

    If you have time to stake out a spot in advance: Pick a spot on Main Street, preferably closer to the castle than to the park entrance. Sitting on the curb typically will confirm you an up-front view of the festivities, but check with a cast member to be sure that someone couldn't sit in front of you before show time. WARNING: Dependent upon how busy the park is on your given day, you may need to stake out a spot no less than 30 minutes ahead of time, and possibly more than a full hour ahead of showtime.

    If early arrival is not an option: Consider going to Frontierland. It may not be as festively lit as Main Street, but it is a great view, and typically the crowds to watch the parade go there last.

    Write me back if you have any follow-up questions?

    Have a magical vacation!
