    hi doug! 1st xever 4 ds6 n me!8/23-8/29.PH tickets n DDP,already made reservations,confused,should i stay away from Magichrs or not?some advise yes n 2 go 2 other parks instead that day,thats how i have plan my trip,should i take advantage of magichrs?thx!

    Mariela,

    Here are a few general rules that I like to follow with regards to Extra Magic Hours;

    If you are there during the busier seasons (like when you will be there)

    • Visit any park BUT one that has morning Extra Magic Hours, you should. The morning Extra Magic Hours pack in a larger crowd than at the other three parks.
    • If a park has evening Extra Magic Hours, visit that park. Yes, it will be fairly crowded, but it is a nice cool time to visit, and more park time is always a good thing!

    If you are at Walt Disney World during a less busy season

    • Feel free to take full advantage of both morning and evening Extra Magic Hours. If you don't have the Park Hopper option and have to choose between the parks with either morning or evening Extra Magic Hours, follow this guidance;
      • If you are traveling with small children, use the park with morning Extra Magic Hours.
      • If you are in a group with just adults or adults and older kids, choose the park with evening Extra Magic Hours.

    I hope that this helps!

    Have a magical vacation!
