    Hi Doug! WDW 9/2010; ASMu; one FS, one preferred room; want to be close together; is there a particular bldg, floor or section I can request in order to be placed as close together as possible? Are there hairdryers in the bathrooms? Thanks for your help!

    Kelly,

    Yes, they have hairdryers in the bathrooms at the All Star Music.

    As to getting your rooms close together, the preferred rooms are located in the two Calypso buildings (or numbers 1 and 10, if you are looking at a map). The Family Suites are located in both the Jazz and Calypso buildings (or numbers 2 and 9).

    So you could get them in the same building. What you need to do is this;

    1. Make sure you use the online check-in, requesting that your rooms are close together.
    2. Call the resort 9 or 10 days before your scheduled arrival day. Tell them of your request. Calling 11 or more days ahead will do you no good, because of how they receive reservation information from the central booking office. The resort phone number is: 407-939-6000.
    I hope that this helps? Certainly send along any other questions that you may have!

    Have a magical vacation!
