Doug, TY for your response. Are the casitas far from the main bldg, near a bus stop & does it cost extra? Also, for the shuttle service, do we need a guest assistance pass? Would like to be close to food court for mom & pool for kids. Medical ctr ne

    Melissa,

The Casitas section is actually the closest section to the main resort building. It is where I always prefer to stay, especially when at a convention in the resort, as it gets me closer to all the meeting rooms, restaurants, etc. I think it is where you should request to stay.

As for bus stops, it will get you close to the resort's main bus stop, though there might be one even closer to your room on the route around the resort. Check the map when you get there to see what is the closest.

Also know that some of the Casitas rooms are preferred rooms, based on that proximity. I would put up the extra per night room charge to get closer, if I were you.

The shuttle service does not require a guest assistance pass.

Write me back with more! You should feel very comfortable with your stay, it will make the vacation more enjoyable for all!

    Have a magical vacation!
