    So to your questions. 

    The pool at the Wilderness Lodge is typically open until midnight, so while I have not pushed it to that late at night, my guess is that the slide closes at midnight as well.

    Yes, you can add park tickets to your reservation closer to your actual trip time. 

    As for the petting zoo at Fort Wilderness, they are basically open during "daylight hours", so you will have to gauge when they are open when you get there. My girls love the pony rides last year, but they loved looking at the large carriage-pulling horses in their stalls even more. It is just next to the Hoop Dee Doo Review, no more than a few hundred feet away.
