    Hello Doug! Thanks for answering my ? so fast. I want to do some character meals I have DD12 and DS7 husband and I. I have the free dining plan so my ? was how much would I pay for each meal even if i have the free dining plan do i pay for drinks? taxes?

    Iris,

    Most of the character dining experiences are simply just another "Table Service" meal credit on the Disney Dining plan. A few (like Cinderella's Royal Table) take 2 credits, but you can see which ones do and don't by looking at the brochures of the plans.

    So once you have "paid" for your meal with your credit, there are few things included, and a few not. Here is a basic summary for you;

    Included
    • Entree
    • Dessert
    • Non-alcoholic beverage
    • Appetizer (for kids aged 3-9)
    • Taxes
    Not Included
    • Gratuities
    • Alcoholic Beverages
    • Additional food
    So you can easily dine at these restaurants for no more added cost than the tip. Alcoholic beverages, as you see here, are extra.

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
