I would get an Advanced Dining Reservation for 'Ohana exactly one hour prior to the fireworks time. That gives time for waiting to be seated, meal time, and probably should get you watching the fireworks right at the end of the meal. Hopefully as you enjoy dessert!

Now if you find that dinner goes faster than expected, don't be worried. While you may have had it in mind to watch the show from the restaurant, consider going outside to watch. The beach vantage point is wonderful, and on a nice night is even better than watching from 'Ohana!
