Amy,
Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian has a PERFECT viewing of the Magic Kingdom fireworks, so there is an option to consider. Also you might think of 'Ohana, as long as they can get into the main room.
Narcoossee's has a menu with a lot of seafood, but also has some choices that include lamb, chicken, and steak.
'Ohana serves it's food family style, and focuses on roasted meats and some not-too-exotic asian inspired sides like lo-mein noodles and stir-fry veggies.
Otherwise just recommend they eat wherever they are comfortable and then take the show in from the park!
I am glad to help again, and I hope you keep the questions coming!
Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
