Doug, I have a questions for you regarding dinner plans for 4 adults & 2 boys 9 & 5 we know we want chef mickey for breakfast what other places can you recommend

    Shannon,

OK, here are a few fun suggestions (in addition to the fantastic Chef Mickey's). There are so many great places that I will just list one per park, and a few of my favorites from the resorts.

    Parks
    Resorts
    • Whispering Canyon Cafe (at Wilderness Lodge, for dinner especially)
    • Boma (at Animal Kingdom Lodge)
    • 'Ohana (at Polynesian, for dinner especially)
    • Mickey's Backyard BBQ (at Fort Wilderness)

These are all great. I love the non-character, non-scripted fun that 50's Prime, Whispering Canyon, and 'Ohana provide. Boma and Donald Safari are great for the atmosphere and buffet selections. Biergarten is a great nighttime experience with German entertainment.

You might note that I don't mention a specific restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. I have more fun at the meals listed here that are right outside of the park, as compared to anything inside.

I hope that this helps? If you want further info on these, or perhaps other kinds of suggestions (maybe a dinner more up Mom and Dad's alley?), I am glad to oblige!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
