    Hi Doug! Question on behalf of a friend. She has two daughters (4&14) and is concerned how to plan a Disney trip that will e enjoyable for both girls, being that they have the 10 year age difference. Sample itinerary suggestions?

    I think that they will be surprised just how much of the parks can be fun for a variety of ages all at the same time, but still it is a good idea to plan in some age specific activities.

    You did not mention if there are two adults accompanying or not. If there are, the simple thing is to split at times so that one pair (a parent and the teen) can go do some more adventurous activities), and the other pair can try out 4-year old activities. But even if this is possible, don't do it so much that you miss out on that together time.

    If there is just one parent, still not a problem. Plan some rides that are for the 4 year old. The 14 year old will enjoy them more than she might even expect. Then, when it is time to ride the teens rides, just accompany her in line, and jump off into the 'chicken' door with the four year old while the teen rides.

    As to a daily schedule, I can recommend what parks on what days if you will write me back with days of travel.
