Sandra,
You probably want to visit a park on the 24th, instead of the 31st. Assuming that, here is what I would do;
- 24: Magic Kingdom
- 25: Animal Kingdom
- 26: Epcot
- 27: Magic Kingdom
- 28: Hollywood Studios
- 29: Your call
- 30: Magic Kingdom
I have you avoiding most morning Extra Magic Hours to keep you from the larger crowds. But a nice bonus is that you are at Epcot for the evening ones, which can make for a great night of fireworks and dining. I would recommend you plan a later evening there, even considering sleeping in a bit on the 27th.
With what amounts to 2 1/2 days at the Magic Kingdom, and one each at the other three parks, I left the 29th open. You can either go ahead and plan for a specific park for that day, or wait and see how you feel once you have been there a few days. You can just wait and see what interest you the most, and maybe even do something outside of the parks for part of the day, like a water park, Downtown Disney, or relaxation at your resort!
