Hi Doug. Not change the reservation from park to park. I meant if I made a reservation for June 2 and the park ticket was for June 2, if I wanted to change the reservation to June 3, do I need to purchase a whole new ticket for June 3

    Lanie,

Thanks for sending me your follow-up question, and sorry if I did not get it right the first time.

No, you do not have to buy a new ticket for a new date, if you are just wanting to move a ticket you already purchased to that date. You can simply change your ticket dates online, though you do have to do it ahead of the time of your visit.

You can open your My Disney Experience account on your computer simply by clicking on "My Plans". When you get there, you can click on "Change Reservation" if you have a room and ticket package, or on the ticket itself if you are not staying at a Disney resort. Follow the prompts to change the dates but be aware that since Disney tickets rates are based on the dates of travel, you may have to pay the difference. You may not have any difference in the overall cost at all, but it is good to know ahead of time that there could be some small difference, and this way you can be ready with a method of payment.

After making the date change on your tickets, do be sure to adjust your Theme Park Reservations, as I discussed in the last answer.

So I think I got it right this time! If not, or if you have other questions, consider me your go-to-guy for answers, and write me back directly.
