Hi Doug, Need itinerary suggestions. Visiting Dec 12-22 with 9yr b, 2-16yr girls celebrating 16th. First trip for one of the girls. Park hopper vs Magic Pass this time of year? Arrive 11am on 12th, depart 8pm on 22nd. Want to make birthday magical. Thks

    Lorraine,

I would use Extra Magic Hours from the day you arrive through Friday the 17th. After that the crowds will be large enough to avoid them.

Also, on your departure day I would make that your resort relaxation day before you return home. Sleep in, enjoy the pool, and leave the parks in your past. The huge crowds could ruin your last day of vacation otherwise.

    • December 12 - Arrival Day
    • December 13 - Magic Kingdom
    • December 14 - Hollywood Studios
    • December 15 - Epcot
    • December 16 - Magic Kingdom
    • December 17 - Epcot
    • December 18 - Animal Kingdom
    • December 19 - Hollywood Studios
    • December 20 - Magic Kingdom
    • December 21 - Hollywood Studios
    • December 22 - Departure Day
As for making your girls birthday's special, I have you at the Magic Kingdom that day. However, I would leave the park and go to one of the great resort restaurants for dinner. I love California Grill and Narcoossee's for the fantastic food and great views. 'Ohana is fun too, with equally spectacular views.

Why not look at those and let me know if you would prefer a suggestion of a different variety!

    Have a magical vacation!
