    Hi Doug! Looks like you're the Poly expert, so I'm hoping you can help me with this? Is it true that I can order any Kona cafe item to-go from the Kona Sushi bar after 5pm? Would love to enjoy the food but skip the sit-down meal some nights. Thanks so much

    Actually, that was a stumper for me! I had no idea.

    So I went to my fellow Moms Panelists, and Kathie and Bernie bailed me out!

    As it happens, yes, people have had the opportunity to order from the Kona Cafe full menu in the past, from the Kona Sushi bar area.

    One important note. Just about a week ago Disney announced that the Kona Sushi Bar was here to stay. Until then it had been a "test" that they were running, determining if there was a demand for such a locale. Now that it is an "official" table service restaurant, including on the Disney Dining Plan, it may not allow such activities any longer.

    Now I am not saying they won't. And in the past they certainly have. So give it a go. But don't be angry if, as part of becoming a more permanent restaurant, that they do not.
