    Doug ~ I'll be treating my parents (also from Carmel, Indiana!!) and my teenagers to a WDW trip May 23 - 29. We will arrive sleep deprived on a busy holiday weekend. Can you recommend an itineray which will help us make the most of our stay?

    Sherrie,

    Carmel grandparents? Go Greyhounds!

    Not a problem on the itinerary. While you are there the big event is the Star Wars Weekends at the Hollywood Studios. If your teenage sons are into that, it would be a great activity for any of the following days; May 23, 24, 29. I will assume not, so I am having you avoid that park on those days, but feel free to switch some days around if they are interested! Very neat atmosphere, even for only moderate Star Wars fans.

    So these are the parks I recommend;

    23 - Rest and relax, including pool time, a nice and fun dinner, and an early night to catch up on your sleep.
    24 - Magic Kingdom (has evening Extra Magic Hours)
    25 - Animal Kingdom (has evening Extra Magic Hours)
    26 - Epcot (has evening Extra Magic Hours)
    27 - Hollywood Studios (has evening Extra Magic Hours)
    28 - Repeat either Hollywood Studios, Epcot, or Animal Kingdom
    29 - Magic Kingdom

    I tried to get you parks with evening Extra Magic Hours, as teenagers usually enjoy them, and can usually stay up for them.

    I am glad to give you dining recommendations, or attraction suggestions. Just ask again.

    Have a magical vacation!
