Hi Doug, my husband and I are staying at the Beach Club in May. Thinking about making reservations for one of the carriage rides at Fort Wilderness or Port Orleans. Would you recommend one over the other? We have a car, so getting there isn't an issue

    Trisha,

Personally, I prefer the one at Port Orleans. But both are nice. I would say that I probably prefer the Port Orleans one because I like to "explore" the resort while enjoying the ride. The Fort Wilderness one, on the other hand, seems more serene and secluded.

I would decide, if I were in your shoes, based on what setting seems more to your liking. Quiet wilderness, or charming Southern ambiance.

    Have a magical vacation!
