    Doug, you helped me w/itinerary for 11/28 - 12/1 thx! (POR - 3 boys, 15, 13, 9) Now I wonder will we have any time to see the Christmas decor. at the resorts or go to DD? Or is that trying to fit too much in? If we can only see a couple resorts, which ones

    Chris,

    Actually, I think that taking a bit of time to tour some of the fun holiday decor in select resorts is a nice way to get in the holiday spirit!

    But I would not go far out of my way to do so, as the added travel time may seem like a waste of valuable park time to your boys. Here is what I would do;

    When visiting the Magic Kingdom, consider hopping on the monorail to visit the Grand Floridian. Not really a very "boy" themed resort, but the gingerbread house that is in the lobby is a sight to see. Even they will think it is cool!

    Another worthy side-track would be on a day where you are in the World Showcase at Epcot, maybe make a quick visit to the Beach Club, Yacht Club, and BoardWalk Inn. They all have great displays too.

    Of course the parks are really great for decor too! And don't forget your own resort! The decor there can be really fun, and worth a bit of exploring.

    Since you are a boat ride away from Downtown Disney, you should go, and not just for the holiday decorations. The shopping, entertainment, and dining should be a real lure to get you there too!

    I hope that this helps?

    Have a magical vacation!
