    Hi Doug. Where would be a good place to celebrate my sons 8th birthday. He love sports and action adventure

    Darrin,

    Tough call! So many places, but which one to choose. Here are a few ideas;

    ESPN Club: Decent food that is particularly appealing to an 8-yr old. And the sporting ambiance is hard to beat. The gaming room next door can make the experience even more fun.
    Hoop Dee Doo Review: this is a rollicking good time, and again food that most kids can get behind.
    Whispering Canyon Cafe: Same as above, but at a far lower cost.

    Two other suggestions would include;

    Boma: A great buffet in an exotic setting. The real plus, thought, is the locale. Go at night so that he can view the animals on the resort's savanna. Sometimes cast members even have night vision goggles on hand.
    Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage: This party starts with an entertaining snack reception after which you board a pirate boats to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks and the Electrical Water Pageant, all the while being entertained by a comical and boisterous pirate host. They are some of the best 'talent' at Walt Disney World, and they keep things lively and fun, as well as appropriate for a family audience.

    Let me know if you need more ideas!

    Have a magical vacation!
