Doug - you gave a website to look at the GF. Do you know of one for the Beach Club? Of course once you have stayed at the GF it is hard to stay anywhere else. Been there twice and trying to decide for next year's trip.

    Linda,

So I have never found any really good unofficial websites that are dedicated to the Beach Club Resort. What I would do is review the great photo library at AllEars.Net. They have a ton of great tips, reviews, photos, etc. on the Beach Club resort and surrounding area.

Also, I think you will find it is very easy to find yourself 'at home' at the Beach Club resort, even after the Grand Floridian. This resort has a very dedicated following, for a reason! The pool, as we all know, is amazing. But for me the real appeal is the location. There is something about being able to walk to the BoardWalk, to the Epcot World Showcase, and boat to both Hollywood Studios and the Swan & Dolphin that make it perhaps the single best geographic location in all of Walt Disney World.

Now we are going back to the Grand Floridian next time, because I have two young girls, and the Magic Kingdom is where we will spend most of our time. But if they were older, or if it was just myself and my wife, I think the Beach and Yacht Club resorts would be the top of the list.

Write me back with more questions and we can strategize on things for you to do at the Beach Club!

    Have a magical vacation!
