Hi Doug, as a follow up we are stayng at saratoga springs 9/9 - 9/17/2010 . with hopper , please provide your recommendation for using hopper to the fullest during our stay. we decided on blizzard Beach for the water park.

    Denise,

Since you are coming in September, I would use Extra Magic Hours, not avoid them.

It is difficult to go back and see what I recommended for a daily schedule, but I typically assume a resort stay (therefore eligible to use Extra Magic Hours). I am sure it is what you should go with, but it never hurts to check the park schedules to be sure.

One thing to remember about Extra Magic Hours is that the evening ones offer more actual hours, so they are the ones to particularly pay attention to. The morning ones are nice too, especially at the Animal Kingdom where animals are more active in the morning. But I try not to wake kids up to go to them, as kids really need their sleep on such an active vacation.

Blizzard Beach will be fun, and remember that you can go miniature golfing right there too, as that water park shares a parking lot (and therefore bus stop) with one of the two Miniature golf locations at Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical vacation!
