    Hi Doug! Where can we find the restaurant hours? How do we know what the earliest possible reservation is to ask for at Chef Mickeys? Also, do the restaurant hours change with the seasons? Bought our plan tix, coming Feb 20-28! Can't wait! Thank you!!

    They don't post the restaurant hours, largely because they change throughout the week, and the year. The only way to know the earliest reservation time for a restaurant is to call and ask. But, you can probably call before your reservation window and ask, or guesstimate by looking at what is coming up on the online reservation system.

    Good guesstimate is that Chef Mickey's will open as early as 7am.
