    Hi Doug! My family will be visiting for the first time June 8-17. Our kids are 10,7, & 6. Should dinner reservations dictate what park we visit on a particular day? Our ADR's are from 6-7 at different sites throughout the property. Thanks

    Holly,

    I would not chase parks simply based on your ADRs, but if you have them made, it certainly can help with where you go. What I would do instead is this;

    1. Consider what the added cost for a Park Hopper option would be for your tickets. By my guesstimate it would be around $260.00. For that you could hit wherever you want during the days and afternoons, and then move to the parks where you have dinner plans.
    2. Plan your parks by where the crowds are their lightest. I would recommend a daily schedule like this;

    • June 8 - Arrival Day
    • June 9 - Magic Kingdom
    • June 10 - Epcot
    • June 11 - Animal Kingdom
    • June 12 - Hollywood Studios
    • June 13 - Magic Kingdom
    • June 14 - Epcot
    • June 15 - Hollywood Studios
    • June 16 - Magic Kingdom
    • June 17 - Departure Day
    I would start days at these parks, and then visit in the afternoons those parks that you feel like visiting. With the park hopper, you can hit whatever evening park has your dining plans in place, and return to these afterwards if you want, or go elsewhere.

    Does that help? Let me know if I can help further.

    Have a magical vacation!
