Doug, if doing a RunDisney event can we have someone else pickup our bibs or do we need to be there in person at the expo? My group will be arriving at different times and was curious of options for package pickup. Thank you.

    Brian,

    Thanks for your question!

So fairly recently Disney moved to a policy where you do have to pick up your own bib for a runDisney event. The one exception is that you can pick up the bib for a minor, if you are in charge of them.

By the way, if you have not seen it yet, the shopDisney store has really elevated their game (see, I made a sports reference!) when it comes to runDisney sportswear, and also with personalized attire. You could easily use their site to create some team shirts for your running crew.

Me? I am that person in the stands, waving signs and cheering you on. Make sure you take care of those folks in your group as well! For some events Disney will publish a Spectator's Guide, like the one linked to here for the 2020 Marathon Weekend. It helps your cheerleaders find the best viewing locations, when they can access them, how to get there, and other relevant information.

Write us back if you have more questions!
