Hi Doug. couple of ?'s. My kids tend to have asthma on occasion. Would there be anywhere in the parks that we could use an outlet if we needed to give them a treatment. also what is the best to do on day of arrival we come in at 10 am on Sat. for week

    Melissa,

I am not an expert on asthma, but I do think I have a solution for you. Each of the parks has a Baby Care Center. While it is certainly focused at offering parents of toddlers a place to change a diaper, or breastfeed a newborn, it can be a great resource for many other parents too.

These Centers have relaxation rooms with TVs running cartoons, couches, books, toys, and a quiet atmosphere! My guess is that this would be a perfect venue for you to take care of this. These centers are marked on the park maps and are easy to find. There is no charge, though they have a small convenience counter where you can buy some necessities.

As for arrival day activities, don't underestimate taking it easy. Pack your swim clothes in your carry on and plan for some pool time. Schedule an event dinner somewhere to really kick your week off with a bang (Aloha Dinner show, character meal at Chef Mickey's, etc.). Maybe some shopping at Downtown Disney would help in getting the "buy me that!" issue out of the way for the kids?

    I hope that this helps?

    Have a magical vacation!
