    Hi Doug! Buying DW tickets from outside source. To get dining plan, do I need to get a one day ticket for all 3 of us or just for one of us. Doing the DW package deal,just trying to save some $$. Thanks

    To get the Disney Dining Plan, you do have to be a Disney resort guest with a Magic Your Way package. You have to have the same dining plan for everyone staying in your room; you can't have one person on one plan, another on a different plan, and someone else not on a plan at all. The only exception is that kids under 3 don't have to buy the plan.

    Without knowing all your particulars, I would think that you would have to get at least a one day ticket for everyone in your party, not just one person.

    Probably not what you want to hear, but better to know your true costs.
