    Hi, Doug. If I want to have the best chance of getting the ADRs I want, should I use the online system or just call. Last time I went, online wasn't available yet, so I'm a bit unsure of the process. I want CRT for an early morning, so it is important that

    I find that you can try online earlier in the day than the phone lines open, but that time of access has changed many times in the short life of the online reservation service. What I recommend you do is get up early that day that you can start making reservations and try online while you wait for the phone lines to open. I think you will find it is probably faster to do the bulk of your Advanced Dining Reservations over the phone, but you can try to get in early for those select few harder-to-get tables (Le Cellier, for example) online while you wait for the phone lines to open.
