Marilyn,
Glad to hear that you had a great time!
'Ohana (for dinner) is designed in the same way that Whispering Canyon Cafe is. The dining area involves similar "entertainment" that is less stage show, more guest involvement. With a meal that is very meat-centric as well, it seems to appeal to similar appetites.
A more expensive, but equally (or more) fun experience is
Mickey's Backyard BBQ. This outdoor dining experience at nearby Fort Wilderness combines a character experience with great food and outdoor entertainment.
A third dining experience you may enjoy is the
Biergarten table service restaurant at the Germany pavilion at Epcot. This buffet (at dinner only) has a German band for entertainment, and recreates a small G-rated Munich beer fest. I like the food too.
Finally, I adore
50s Prime Time Cafe. It is in my top-5 experiences, with fun and good food!
How is that for a few suggestions? Write me back with cuisines that you like, and I can make some more suggestions!
(FYI, restaurant suggestion questions are my VERY FAVORITE! Makes me hungry thinking about them!)
Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
