Hi Doug! Your answers are so helpful!! I saw in a previous answer that you have experience with the GF. Do you know if I would be able to see the fireworks from a 1st floor room in Big Pine Key? (I reserved a theme park view) Thank you!!!

    Crystal,

I have never stayed in a room in that building, but I think that there are a few rooms where you could get a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks in that building. Most of the length of the building will have the view of the Magic Kingdom blocked by the Boca Chica building, but one end of the building comes up on the Seven Seas Lagoon and should be able to view the park, and the fireworks. It does not appear that there is any significant landscaping that would block your view either.

In the end, if you have requested a theme park view, and are paying a premium to get that, you should end up in a room somewhere that gets you that view. If you are not 100% sure, you could always call the resort to confirm your room location and the nature of the view. The number at the Grand Floridian is 407-824-3000.

    I hope that this helps!

    Have a magical vacation!
