Doug, you answered a ??? from Marni about the Poly and noise. Leaving in 11 days, staying at Poly with MK view what building would you suggest? I want to call ASAP. Thanks so much, you all ROCK!!!!

    Staci,

Thanks for the question! There are a few choices, but obviously not every building at the Polynesian has views of the Magic Kingdom.

My first preference is the Tahiti longhouse. While the equally compelling Hawaii longhouse rooms offer some good views of the Magic Kingdom, they are known as Club Level rooms, due to their access to the Concierge facilities, so those are probably not options for you based on your reservation.

Your next choice would be Tuvalu, then Aotearoa. I prefer Tahiti because of the part of the resort where it sits, as well as your ability to just walk to the monorail station at the Ticket and Transportation Center, speeding up your travel to Epcot AND the Magic Kingdom. Tuvalu and Aotearoa are also close to the Luau building, so you will get some of the residual noise that the building generates, just as discussed in Marni's question.

Ultimately however you need to remember that if you have a Magic Kingdom view from the Polynesian you are probably not going to be disappointed!

    Have a magical vacation!
