Hi Doug...It's me again...what restaurants would u recommend 4 seafood, sushi, mexican, steak and hibatchi. we r not big on fast food. would be having mostly lunch and/or dinner in the parks.

    Fawn,

Thank you so much for asking dining questions! Those are my favorite!

So here are my recommendations for table service meals for those different cuisines. I give you a few in some instances, just in case, in order of preference.

    Seafood
The Flying Fish (BoardWalk), Todd English's bluezoo (Dolphin), or Narcoosees (Grand Floridian)
    - all three are expensive, but well worth it.

    Sushi
California Grill (Contemporary), Kimonos (Swan), Tokyo Dining (Japan Pavilion - Epcot), or the Sushi Bar at the Polynesian Resort
    - While the California Grill is not just a sushi restaurant, it has the finest sushi I have EVER eaten.

    Mexican
Hacienda de San Angel or San Angel Inn (both at Mexico Pavilion - Epcot)
    - the latter used to be the best, but has been of varying quality the last few years. The first is good, but portions are small

    Steak
Le Cellier (Canada Pavilion - Epcot), Yachtsman Steakhouse (Beach Club), or Shula's (Dolphin)
    - All pricey, though I had a very good steak also at bluezoo.

    Hibachi
Teppan Edo (Japan Pavilion - Epcot) is your best bet here

So many of these are signature dining experiences, making them more expensive. But they have all been great meals!

What next? I am glad to help more!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
