Hi Pam, and welcome to planDisney! I love visiting Disney World in November when the theme parks start putting up their holiday decorations. Now, let’s get your questions answered so you’re all set for your vacation!
First, let’s talk strollers. You’ll find
stroller rentals at all four theme parks, but they have to stay inside the parks. So in your case, I’d recommend renting a stroller from the Disney Featured Provider,
ScooterBug. They have a variety of options, including double strollers, and will deliver to your Disney Resort hotel so you’re ready to go as soon as you arrive!
Now, turning over to what your little ones need to rest up after those long park days! Disney Resort hotels have
complimentary cribs, Pack ‘n Plays, and bed rails available. I’d recommend calling the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone number to add a request to your reservation. Alternatively you can call Housekeeping when you get to the room, but since quantities are limited, it’s good to get in your request ahead of time.
Finally, let’s make sure your whole family has a safe journey to Disney World! In my experience, Mears Connect doesn’t provide car seats on their motorcoach buses, which are what’s typically used for their Standard Service. On their website, they note that they do have limited car seats available in their shuttle vans, so I’d recommend calling Mears Connect to ensure you’ll have car seats for your trip.
Since you have little ones, I wanted to share a few things that have been really helpful with my nephew in the parks!
First, you can use the
My Disney Experience app to easily see all the attractions your kiddos can ride. In the app, go to the location icon at the bottom of the screen (it looks like an upside-down teardrop). Press Attractions at the top and then you can filter by Locations and Height (choose Any Height to see what your whole family can ride together). I like to select Show List in the bottom right corner to scroll through everything that matches the criteria.
If there’s anything you’d like to ride with a height requirement, you can use
Rider Switch to take turns while one person from your group waits with the little ones.
Finally, take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers in all four theme parks, which have been great for when my nephew needs a quiet place to take a break or eat. The Baby Care Centers have rocking or gliding chairs, a changing room with tables, a feeding area with high chairs, and a kitchenette with a microwave and sink. You can also purchase essentials like baby food, diapers, and wipes.
I hope you have the most magical visit to Disney World in November! If you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
