Hey, Paige! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for stopping by with your question. I recently chatted with a Cast Member at one of the
Disney Skyliner stations and learned quite a bit about this really fun new transportation option. Stroller use on the Disney Skyliner was my topic number one! I am happy to let you know that most strollers can be accommodated while kids remain in the stroller, as long as the stroller meets certain size criteria. Strollers and mobility devices must be able to fit within a 30" x 48" area to be used while riding high in the sky. If the stroller fits within those size limitations, it can be rolled easily right into the Disney Skyliner. The doors on these cabins are quite a bit smaller than
Disney Monorail doors, so I do recommend that you check the size of your stroller before your trip and not use previous uses as a determining factor.
Most side-by-side double strollers will need to be collapsed to enter the gondola cabin. I am not sure which model you have but know that most double BOB strollers are pushing the limits on this size restriction, so I recommend you be prepared to collapse the stroller as you approach the Disney Skyliner. You are welcome to keep your children in the stroller as you move through the queue and just take them out as you approach the loading area.
Note that the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules were recently updated, so you may want to check on
current stroller size limitations in the theme parks. I hope this information helps you plan a magical trip with your little ones! Thanks again for your question and please let us know if you have any others.
