Welcome BACK to
planDisney, Donna! It is so great to see you here asking another vacation question, and it would be my pleasure to help dig up some answers for you. Just earlier today, the
Disney Parks Blog announced that new Walt Disney World Annual Passes will be available starting September 8, 2021, just in time for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. It is so exciting to see the return of Annual Pass sales, and I will do my best to help navigate you through this new information.
As a
Disney Vacation Club Member with a current Annual Pass, you will have the option to renew into the new Disney Sorcerer Pass when your renewal window opens. As a Gold Annual Passholder, starting September 8, 2021, you will be eligible for up to five reservation holds at a time. When staying at a
Disney Resort hotel or Disney Vacation Club Resort, you will be eligible to make
theme park reservations for each day of your resort stay, in addition to holding the maximum amount of days of theme park reservations (five for Gold Annual Passholders) at a time on a rolling basis. SO if you have a five-day resort stay, you can make five theme park reservations for each day of your resort stay, plus you can hold an additional five theme park reservations for dates outside of your resort stay. You can read more about the new annual passes on the
Announcing New Annual Passes page.
I hope this information helps you experience even more magic as a Disney Vacation Club Member and Annual Passholder in
Walt Disney World Resort! Here at planDisney, we are always eager to help, so please stop back by any time you have vacation questions.
