Hey there, hi there, ho there, Jeanne.
You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I’m so glad to hEAR you purchased
Memory Maker for your vacation and would be more than happy to walk you through how to use it. In a nutshell, Memory Maker allows you unlimited downloads of all the Disney PhotoPass pictures taken during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Disney PhotoPass is a service where Disney PhotoPass photographers take your pictures for you and link them to your
My Disney Experience account.
Disney PhotoPass locations can be found throughout the theme parks, Disney Springs, and Disney Resort hotels. The easiest way to find nearby Disney PhotoPass spots is via the interactive map in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. When you choose “PhotoPass” from the options in the drop-down menu at the top of the map, it will show you nearby Disney PhotoPass spots. Many of the
Character Experiences have Disney PhotoPass photographers on site as well, and a good amount of attractions have accompanying ride photos and/or videos.
The Disney PhotoPass photographers will need to scan your MagicBand or PhotoPass Code to link the pictures to your My Disney Experience account. To find your PhotoPass Code, select “Photos” from the menu options in your My Disney Experience mobile app, then click “Link Photos.” Click “Show PhotoPass Code” to generate your unique PhotoPass QR code for linking your pictures. Then, you can
view your pictures by going back to the "Photos" page in the mobile app.
I hope this information helps clear things up for you, Jeanne. If you need further clarification or have any other questions pop up, please stop by planDisney again and let us know. Enjoy the rest of your magical vacation!
