Welcome, PenniSue!
Any Disney guests, no matter if they're staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts or not, are able to use the
complimentary transportation between the parks and resorts!
If you start your day at one of the Disney Parks, let's say
Magic Kingdom, and want to head over to a lunch reservation at
Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village, just hop on the
monorail or the
ferry boat outside of Magic Kingdom to make your way over, since either one gets you there easily. Then, after lunch, let's say you want to continue the day at
Disney's Animal Kingdom. No problem, take a
bus to that park. After that, you'd like to wrap up the evening at
Epcot? Great! Just take the Epcot bus from Animal Kingdom and you'll shortly arrive there. It couldn't be easier, PenniSue! Be sure to leave plenty of time to make your way between the parks and resorts though, so you are sure not to be late for anything. There is no cost at all! Disney makes it super easy and convenient for guests to get around the parks and resorts during their time there!
There is another type of transportation that does carry an additional cost:
Minnie Vans. These are operated through the Lyft App. Guests simply request a Minnie Van when they're ready to leave one park of Walt Disney World to head to another. It's a private ride, and is direct, so it's a great option when time is of the essence! Plus, they're super cute red with white polka dotted vans that look like Minnie Mouse! Great photo opp!
I hope those details help as you get ready to plan this magical adventure, PenniSue!
