Hi Michelle, and welcome back to planDisney! Springtime is one of my favorite times to be at Disney World. My family loves the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, when the park is covered in colorful blooms and plants!
It sounds like you’re trying to book reservations for dining or
Enchanting Extras. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues, but I’d be happy to help troubleshoot!
If you’re checking into a Disney resort hotel on April 5th, you should already be able to
book reservations for your entire 10-night stay (since your booking window opens on February 4th). So let’s try to figure out what’s going on!
First, I’d look to see if your Disney resort hotel reservation is linked to your MyDisney account. To check, log in to your account on the Disney World website and find your reservation on the
My Plans and Tickets page. If you booked your stay through the Disney World website while logged into your MyDisney account, it should automatically show up on that page.
If you booked through a third-party company, you’ll need to manually link the reservation. Under where it says your name’s Plans and Tickets, hover over the Resort Hotel circle icon, and select Link a Reservation. Here you can input your confirmation number and last name. Keep in mind that, for third-party bookings, the confirmation number you need may not be in the email confirmation. If that’s the case, you can call the company directly to get the number to link to My Disney Experience.
Once your resort hotel reservation is showing up on your My Plans and Tickets page, make sure you’re logged into your MyDisney account before you go through the steps to make a dining or Enchanting Extras reservation.
If you’re still not able to make reservations for your entire stay, I’d recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number. A Cast Member would be happy to help resolve the problem.
Being able to book dining and Enchanting Extras for your whole trip really helps with snagging popular reservations like
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique,
The Beak and Barrel, or my favorite character breakfast,
Topolino’s Terrace. If you can do those experiences later in your trip, you’ll have a much easier time securing popular reservations. I also wanted to give you a heads up that the
Garden View Lounge - Tea Room Experience is
returning to the Grand Floridian in March and can be booked starting February 19th. I had afternoon tea here a long time ago with my mom and sister, and it’s such a fun way to spend an afternoon. It’s sure to be a popular reservation when it opens.
I hope you have a magical visit to Disney World, filled with delicious food and fun activities! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
